A no-obligation, 30-minute consultation to determine compatibility and discuss the individual’s needs and expectations.
Legacy Planning – $150
Two-hour session, with additional hourly rates available based on the clients’ needs. This package will help with:
- Facilitating Legacy and life review project
- Advanced Care Planning
- Education on setting up wills and trusts
- Writing Obituary
- Writing a Eulogy
- Patient’s Wishes
- Referrals
Coordinating Bedside Support – $150
Two-hour session, with additional hourly rates available based on the clients’ needs. This package will assist with:
- Help with unresolved issues
- Companion Care
- Facilitating Conversations/communications
- Support and Comfort:
- Music
- Guided Meditation
- Referrals
Coordinating Post Death Vigils – $350
Up to 8 hours, with additional hourly rates available based on the clients’ needs. This package will assist with:
- Funeral and Burial Options
- Celebration of Life and Memorial Options
- Post-Death Home Organization
- Referrals
- Add-on Planning for Funeral, Celebration of Life or Memorial Planning for $50/hour
Grief Support, Mourning and Post Lost Support – $200
Three hours, with additional hourly rates available based on the clients’ needs. This package will assist with:
- Facilitation Post Death Connections
- Referrals
Add-on End-of-Life Doula Services – $75/hour
A minimum two-hour session, with additional packages available based on the complexity of the case. Services include legacy planning, emotional support, resources for caregivers, and assistance with post-death planning.
